Actually I find it quite useful. I drain the frigs as they come in (one shot each, doing two at a time). Then I use the large Nos on the cruisers and you get two shots out of each of those orbiting you at 20km or less, again it all helps to regain...

To be honest, when you can complete a Pirate Invasion in 1hr 15 then I am not too bothered about doing it any quicker. Besides, if time is really money then all your setups MUST include an AB, after all, that's the biggest time sink in any mission...
